Monmouth Heights Stingrays

Who are we?

We are an outdoor summer swim team.  We are part of the Monmouth Heights Pool Club.  We focus on promoting a love of the sport of swimming as well as swimmer development.  Our coaches are current and former Stingrays swimmers who swim year round for clubs as well as high schools.  

Practices begin June 1 and the season runs through the end of July. You can attend as many practices as you are able to, they are not mandatory, but recommended to enjoy the fun!!

We participate in the Monmouth County Swimming Conference.  In addition to swimming, we host several social activities for the kids to participate in.  During the season we have a pasta party and an ice cream social.  We wrap up our season at our pool club with a big end of season banquet.
